Cucumber Spritz

Cucumber Spritz is a one of the most refreshing flavours for summer. This thirst-quenching drink is a cocktail all of your guests will love. Pair this classic with Prosecco for an unforgettable bubbly cocktail. The goal is to completely smash the cucumber to release all its flavour.

  • 30ml gin
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 1 cucumber
  • 125ml dry Prosecco or another sparkling white wine substitute
  • Soda water


  1. Shave about 3 long, thin ribbons from your cucumber. Cut a 5cm piece from remaining cucumber and cut into smaller chunks.
  2. Muddle that cucumber concoction in a cocktail shaker before adding gin, simple syrup, and fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until the outside of shaker is cold to touch.
  4. Strain mixture into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  5. Top each with Prosecco and a splash of club soda.
  6. Gently stir your drink together and garnish with cucumber ribbons.
