White Negroni

White Negroni is lighter in color and in flavor than the usual Negroni. In addition to the gin, a White Negroni can contain Suze (or Salers) a French aperitif liqueur with gentian root that has a spicy but delicate flavour. A white Negroni is a relatively trendy drink.
