OUR PREMIUM GIN CUT WITH PAPHOS SPRING WATER AND CAREFULLY SELECTED LOCAL BOTANICALS
Soli Premium Gin is produced using a purified neutral grain alcohol of roughly 96% in the time honoured method of adding carefully selected botanicals which are then steeped in the base alcohol within a traditional copper still for up to 24 hours before the distillation process begins.
Distillation is carried out at carefully controlled speeds and temperatures with cuts and blends made at critical times in the process. Once distilled, the spirit is cut with locally sourced natural spring water from the Paphos mountain region to reach the desired alcohol percentage for bottling
Soli Premium Gin at 42% is delicate and extremely smooth, with distinct citrus aromas, fresh floral notes with a hint of spice and honey towards the end.
