Soli Gin takes great care when shipping each and every order to ensure that items are always received in perfect condition. As such, we do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or the item delivered is incorrect.
If you receive the wrong or damaged item(s), you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) via email to info@soligin.com to notify us of your intention to return along with the reason. We will then respond to you informing you of how to proceed together with the Returns Address.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, shipments may be damaged during transit which is out of our control. We advise you to check the package before signing for it, and should there be signs of damage or leakage, please do not sign and contact us immediately. In the unlikely event, an item has been damaged during shipping, it may not be prudent nor cost-effective for either to send or receive the item.
